Multiple NHL Team Message Boards Hacked

A hacker group has been targeting NHL team website message forums today.

Seven have been confirmed to have been hit:
Calgary Flames
Carolina Hurricanes
Colorado Avalanche
Montreal Canadiens
Phoenix Coyotes
Toronto Maple Leafs
Vancouver Canucks

All seven are running phpBB.

From the looks of the postings made by the hackers, it’s not hacks made out of lockout-related angst.
