Wild Start Podcasting
The Minnesota Wild have started podcasting, or as they refer to it, “Pondcasting”.

SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Minnesota Sports & Entertainment (MSE) announced today the launch of Wild PONDcasting on http://www.wild.com the c,lub’s official website, presented by Comcast. Wild PONDcasts utilize the Podcast features provided by iTunes 6.0.
Wild PONDcasting provides fans the ability to download audio and video files to their mp3 players, allowing the access to the latest Wild news and entertainment at their convenience. Wild radio producer Kevin Falness will host a weekly 30-minute PONDcasting show, which will highlight the PONDcast lineup. Wild PONDcasting will also include interviews with players, coaches and management, video and audio highlights, re-broadcasts of Hockey Unplugged player appearances, game previews, game recaps, press conferences, and player Q&A’s with Wild fans.
“Wild PONDcasting is a great method for our team to connect with its fans,” said Glen Andresen, the Wild’s web content writer. “We are very excited to give our fans the ability to stay up to date on all of the latest Wild news, whenever and wherever they want.”
There are instructions on the page about how to subscribe using iTunes. The feed will work with other programs as well.
