No Hockey Equals Less Aliens

The NHL lockout obviously had an effect on all things Canadian, even extra-terrestrials took a break from visiting the country.  From CFRA:

During the first half of 2005, only 274 UFO sightings have been filed through public, private or official agencies in Canada, compared with 431 during the same period in 2004.

I didn’t really have the desire to visit Canada as much during the lockout either, can’t say I blame them.
