NHL Signs Broadcast Deal With Food Network

1) The huge difference between the Scouts and penguins is talent. The KC Scouts were an expansion team that was at or near the bottom of the league every year they were in KC 2) The Pens on the other hand are NOW a playoff team with the best player in the NHL and poised to only get better. Like Colorado before them, if you give a city a good product they will come out.
