Introducing Kyle Simourd
You will soon see a new name here: Kyle Simourd, The Ice Block’s first non-me writer. He’s got perfect timing as TIB restarts after a holiday break.
Kyle grew up in Ottawa. He played minor hockey in the region for 12 years and ended his “playing career” at the high school level, although he still straps on the skates occasionally. Kyle currently attends Brock University in St. Catharines where he is in his third year of Honours Business Administration Studies. In his spare time, outside of being an avid hockey and general sports fan, he is an unbounded traveller.
Update 315am: Kyle’s first post. I don’t know about you, but I’m going to go crack a bottle of something.
